Office Financial Policy
Our main goal is for you to obtain the highest quality of dental care by providing you the service that is based upon a professional, courteous and confidential working relationship between you and our office.
At your reserved appointment, we are able to give you a cost estimate based on your advised treatment. If you have insurance, we will verify your benefits and give you a cost estimate based on those benefits.
As with any estimate, if for any reason it is incorrect than the number Insurance had given us, you are responsible for your balance.
We require that all patients, with and without insurance, pay for their treatment at the time of service.
As a courtesy, we contact your dental insurance provider to check your benefits and submit claims on your behalf. We are not responsible for and can make no guarantees as to the coverage your dental insurance will provide. As the patient, it is ultimately your responsibility to know your dental insurance and benefits and you are responsible for any balance that is not paid by dental insurance. We require that all patients, with or without insurance, pay for their treatment at the time of service.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check and we also accept CareCredit or Lending Club. If your advised treatment creates a financial problem on your part, these companies are able to give you affordable payments.
We DO NOT extend credit or have payment plans.
Our office charges a returned check fee of $30.00. In the event of a returned check we reserve the right to require you pay in cash in the future.
We pride ourselves on being on time for your reserved appointment and we ask that you do the same for us. As a courtesy to you... we email, text or call to confirm all appointments. If we receive no reply to these efforts your appointment is considered confirmed. Please don't ask us to inconvenience other patients by your being late to your reserved appointment. Arriving 15 or more minutes late can result in the rescheduling of your appointment and a missed appointment fee.
We require 48 hours notice to change or cancel a scheduled appointment and will not accept cancellations over our voicemail. Please make sure you talk to someone in our office regarding your appointment if you can not make it.
We reserve appointments especially for you and a $25.00 charge can be added to your account for missing or canceling an hygiene appointment without notice. For treatment appointments, such as crowns, a $25xHOUR will be charged.
When we reserve time for you, we require all of that time to provide you with the best quality work possible. When you are late it decreases our ability to accomplish this. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled in order to meet the needs of those who are on time for their pre-reserved visit. If this happens it will be considered a missed appointment and charges may apply. More than 2 missed appointments could result in dismissal.
We require payment of your co-pay at the time of service. We understand that sometimes treatment can seem unaffordable. Our trained front desk coordinators can help you find a way.
We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check and offer CareCredit and Lending Club Financing.
